Thomson Reuters hired me to join a team of UX designers to design and test a brand-new software renewal portal. This is a high-profile project with lots of executive’s eyes on it at all times. The renewal portal allows the user to renew their existing yearly subscriptions fully online - from email triggers to a 5-step renewal process. Although from a user perspective it's standard e-commerce checkout, the backend was very limited and caused me to create multiple combined cart scenarios and more diverse confirmation screens. With 2-week sprints and moderated user testing every other sprint it's a very fast paced agile environment.
